The Journey: 7 Days in the Aegean Sea
We have intentionally structured this week so you never have to choose between deep spiritual work and enjoying a world-class Mediterranean vacation. The intensive workshops take place during mornings and evenings, and on dedicated sea days, leaving your port time open for exploration, sight seeing, and leisure activities.
DAY 1: SUNDAY, MAY 16 — ATHENS (PIRAEUS)
Virgin Boards the ship through their app in assigned groups at assigned times. It can take a few hours to arrive at the port terminal and get onto the ship through security. Please allocate this whole day for arrival at the terminal and settling in. Because of this, you should arrive on Saturday, May 15th to Athens and stay the night before. We’ll have a Whatsapp group setup so you can communicate with other retreat sailors and William!
6:30 PM – 9:00 PM | Group Session #1: Introductions & Opening Session
As Scarlet Lady sets sail into the Aegean, we gather for our opening session to set group intentions, align our field, and establish the container for the week.
DAY 2: MONDAY, MAY 17 — SANTORINI

Start the morning on deck with guided breathwork and meditation with William before heading ashore or enjoying your day.
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Free Time & Exploration
Explore Oia, hike the iconic cliffside paths, or relax overlooking the caldera. Virgin offers guided excursions with local guides called “Shore Things” that you can book through their app, or you can explore on your own.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Optional Group Dinner Onboard
Gather with fellow participants for an informal group meal at one of the incredible onboard restaurants, reservations will be made ahead of time through our Whatsapp group.

DAY 3: TUESDAY, MAY 18 — CHANIA, CRETE

DAY 4: WEDNESDAY, MAY 19 — EPHESUS, TURKEY

Morning & Afternoon | Featured Excursion: House of Mary & Ancient Ephesus
A private group tour with a local guide to the House of the Virgin Mary in Ancient Ephesus. Our guide will showcase the city, focusing on this historic and sacred site as a pilgrimage center for healing and spirit-to-spirit communication practices. William will lead us through energy work in meditation on the site itself, which is a unique and once in a lifetime experience specially arranged for us.
Evening | Free Time, Dinner & Integration
After a full day ashore with the group, this is an open evening to rest, dine at your leisure, and enjoy onboard entertainment. Virgin offers group activities, shows and entertainment, and reservations for dinner through their app. There is no coordinated activity for our group this evening, but you can find your own fun with new friends.
DAY 5: THURSDAY, MAY 20 — FULL SEA DAY

Our core morning intensive, split into two sessions. Demystify mediumship and trance-channeling principals and apply somatic techniques to ground high frequencies into body-friendly spiritual growth for yourself and others.
Afternoon | Integration, Rest & Private Sessions
Open time for thermal spa visits, personal reflection and leisure, or optional 1-on-1 sessions with William (available by appointment).
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Group Session #5 & Dark Sky Stargazing Experience
Second part of our core intensive, which will include a unique demonstration of live trance-channeling, energy healing, and guided energy work with William and Ryan. We’ll follow with another once in a lifetime opportunity—late-night stargazing under the dark sky night (far from shore) where the Captain will turn off the lights for us on the upper decks, giving an incredible view of the cosmos.
DAY 6: FRIDAY, MAY 21 — MYKONOS & DELOS
Daytime | All-Day Excursion: Sacred Island of Delos
We will depart the ship and Mikonos port early for a guided tour of the sacred island of Delos, which is only reached by small chartered ferry. On the way, we’ll learn from our local guide about the ancient culture and traditions of Delos; how it was the center of politics and spiritual life in the Hellenstic world for thousands of years.
Once on the island, we’ll tour active archeological sites, a brand new museum, and walk among the ruins of temples where we will have the opportunity for group meditation time and channeled energy work in situ. We focus here on two carefully selected ancient temple sites, dedicated to Isis and Artemis.
Evening | Optional Sunset Labyrinth Walk or Free Time
Once back at Mykonos, you can head back on board the ship or explore the island at your leisure. I’ve arranged an add-on, a special sunset tour of the Mykonos Labyrinth (old city), there is an extra fee for this activity directly to our local guide should you choose to participate.
DAY 7: SATURDAY, MAY 22 — MYKONOS TO ATHENS
Morning & Afternoon | Community, Integration & Private Sessions
Free time to explore Mykonos, relax onboard, connect with community, or book a private 1-on-1 session with William. The boat leaves the island at 2pm to head back to mainland Greece.
7:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Group Session #6: Closing Session
Our final evening session to integrate your experience, lock in your personal intuitive toolkit, and celebrate our journey.
DAY 8: SUNDAY, MAY 23 — ATHENS (PIRAEUS)
Disembark the ship by 10am. Travel home, or enjoy Athens on your own!

Meet Your host: William Fitzroy
William’s path is deeply rooted in art, creativity, and the mechanics of human expression. Early on, he realized a fundamental truth: mastery requires technique, not just talent. Just as a painter must understand color chemistry and form, an autonomous individual must understand the technical mechanics of their own energetic anatomy to embody and create their life.
Through decades of intensive study across embodied meditation, intuitive perception, psychic abilities, and energy mechanics, William treats spiritual practice as a structural language that enables wisdom to integrate directly into daily life. His methodology is tools-based, trauma-informed, and entirely free of belief systems or lineage dogma. He has owned two successful energy practice studios and taught over 2,000 individuals to step onto the path of mastery in their own energy and space.

How much does it cost?
The Retreat fee, which is $995 per person ($800 before December 15th), this is payable to William and you start by filling out this form.
The Cruise itself, which starts at around $1800 per person - contact our travel director Kari for details, as she will get your stateroom in our block and help you make all the correct selections for your situation.
Your travel cost which will include flights, ground transportation, meals and hotels around the cruise dates. These are on your own to arrange.
Note - you can bring a friend or partner with you, and they can double occupancy your stateroom and enjoy the cruise while you are in session with the retreat, they do not need to participate to attend.
What will I learn?
William is going to teach some embodiment meditation techniques, hands-on healing tools which you’ll get to practice with other participants in a guided, safe container, and we’ll be focusing the spiritual information on Hellenistic Spiritual Philosophy - including past lives in Ancient Greece, and out of body healing work with special healing guides.
Who is invited?
Anyone is welcome to attend this retreat, regardless of experience with meditation, healing, and spiritual information. This is a non-dogmatic experience that does not require you to subscribe to any particular belief system.
