The mechanics of awareness
My path began two decades ago, deeply rooted in the worlds of art, human creativity, and expression. Early on, I realized a fundamental truth that bridges the path of the serious artist and the serious spiritual seeker: Fluency requires technique, not just talent. Just as a master painter must understand the structural chemistry of color and form before they can create a masterpiece, an autonomous individual must understand the technical mechanics of their own energetic anatomy to embody and create.
Over twenty-five years of intensive study in meditation, clairvoyance, mediumship, and energy healing, I stopped looking at spirituality as a passive escape from the trauma of our time. I learned to treat it as a rigorous, structural practice language that enables the wisdom of spirit to integrate into the day to day.
What I know to be true is the spiritual wellness industry is often engineered to keep people in a loop of perpetual seeking—making them dependent on external authority matrices, “chosen” groups, or charismatic leaders. I have built my practice to be the antidote to that dependency. Whether I am working one-on-one with a client to untangle complex personal energy matrices, or training students in a conservatory-style setting, my method remains strictly tools-based, trauma-informed, and entirely free of “belief” and spiritual/religous/lineage dogma.
